‘War, Inc.’ to be at Tribeca?

Well now I’m just confused lol.  According to tribecafilmfestival.org, War, Inc. will be a part of their spotlight section and have a theatrical debut on May 23rd.  My guess is that it will play at the film festival but will still be released straight to DVD.  I will update if I hear anything else.
